Abstract:
The main aim of this essay is to discern similarities between Two Spirits Treatise (1QS III,13-IV,26), and Chapter 2 of the Second Letter to Thessalonians. We try to recognize typical elements of Two Spirits Treatise into 2Ts 2,1-17, also we highlight differences. This article shows a terminological and thematic comparison between these two texts. We compare expressions like God, truth and injustice, mystery, eschatological timetable, final judgement, spirit of holiness, glory. In the end, we analyze how the concepts of eschatology, dualism and predeterminism are developed into two texts
